YOGA THEACHER

 

The yoga is an ancient discipline which uses the practical of the body as a way to reach ta mental control. I think if we modify our body equilibrium, we can modify our emotional equilibrium too.

 

The flexibility and physical strength helps us to correct the postures leving the breathing producing the energy circulates. PRAYANA.


This discipline can be worked with elements such as wedges, canes, balls and it is recommended by doctors for everybody who suffer from posture and lumbar problems.

 

There are different kinds of yoga, I teach cientifical and educational yoga which is a mix of different types of yoga.

 

I studied in CEDEC CORPORAL where I attended stretching and flexibility teacher and yoga teacher.


I'd like to guide in this yoga way with particular or group classes.
There are places which are especially to practice this or we can organize classes in houses or work.


The yoga is a living way, the influence is enormous for your physical and emotional life.
